I loved the excellent variety for breakfast , including both Japanese and American options. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Ginza Six. The hotel is surrounded by so many restaurants , and I found two Family Marts and one 7-Eleven nearby!

I must say, i wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness upon arrival. there was noticeable dust on the furniture and the walls, which i found quite off-putting. additionally, the room felt cramped. While i knew it was small from the description, it lacked storage space, forcing me to keep my belongings scattered. these details really detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience.

The location proved convenient, close to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!) with many options. I even received a bookmark as a small gift. Such a thoughtful detail.

The room was a little small, made managing luggage slightly difficult.

The front desk staff provided really good service during check-in. They addressed all inquiries with attentiveness and gave directions. The dining staff ensured all guests had a positive breakfast experience. They were very cute.

The location was definitely a plus. It allowed easy access to shops. The staff provided friendly service, which i appreciated. My room was always freshly cleaned. Made my days better.

The breakfast offered little variety, and it was cold. THE wifi connection was not good. It made internet access difficult. I found my room to be small. There was not enough space.
